Charles Cottle is the founding father of Risk Doctor, a trading program designed for professionals. He is a former CBOE and CBOT options dealer and turned into director of training at the International Trading Institute. Since 1999 Charles Cottle has presented a variety of options for education programs.

Charles Cottle started out trading at the CBOE and CBOT in 1981 earlier than turning into a director of the International Trading Institute, wherein Charles Cottle worked with market makers, agents and early electronic programmers.
